SHIPPING
Orders begin shipping immediately after a drop. We are a small team and do our best to pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 days for shipping and handling. You may choose your desired shipping service at checkout. Shipping insurance may be added to your order if you choose. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our workshop. If you have issues with your delivery please contact us immediately and we will help work through the process of filing a claim with the carrier. If you have any specific requests regarding shipping and handling of your order, please contact us right away.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Fingerboard Decks:
Decks may be returned for a full refund so long as all original packaging is unopened and has not been tampered with. Decks may not be exchanged for another deck under any condition. If you receive a deck that has been damaged in transit or appears to have a manufacturing defect we will replace it free of charge with the exact deck originally purchased. Please note - the damaged/defective board must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement.
Concrete / Fingerboard Obstacles:
All concrete / obstacles that are produced by Knife are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged from shipping or manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge.
Apparel/Soft Goods/Accessories:
Apparel such as t-shirts, headwear, etc may be exchanged for a different size or other items (except decks) pending availability. Any apparel/garments must be unworn, unwashed, and appear as-new.
Third-party products:
We occasionally offer products from other brands on our website such as fingerboard hardware and accessories. All third-party products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If items arrived damaged from shipping or manufacturer defect, a refund will be issued immediately.
Any return/exchange claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.

ORDER TERMS
We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order placed on our website for any reason. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued immediately. If there is any sign of suspicious or fraudulent activity users may be blacklisted permanently.
