KNIFE MFG CO is a professional fingerboard company based in Chicago, Illinois. All fingerboard decks and most products are made by hand in our Chicago workshop. Decks are always released in batches / drops. We produce and release decks as often as possible. We do not accept custom orders of any kind.

RELEASE DATES/AVAILABILITY
We share updates and information about upcoming drops almost exclusively via our Instagram. Typically drops are announced one week in advance.

SHIPPING
Orders begin shipping immediately after a drop. We are a small team and do our best to pack and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the season please allow up to 7 days for shipping and handling. You may choose your desired shipping service at checkout. If you have any specific requests regarding shipping and handling of your order, please contact us right away. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted by their respective parcel service.

ORDER TERMS
We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order placed on our website for any reason. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued immediately. If there is any sign of suspicious or fraudulent activity users may be blacklisted permanently.

LOT NUMBERS
Since early 2025 Knife decks have been stamped with a Lot Number on their top ply. This indicates what batch of boards it was made with which provides us with information for quality control and customer service purposes. We are constantly revising and iterating on our fingerboard products and making minor adjustments to board shapes, finishing techniques, etc in an effort to continuously develop the best product we can. All products are handmade and may show minor variation from deck to deck, season to season.
